Annual General Meeting 2024

Honkarakenne Oyj’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held in Tuusula on Thursday 18 April 2024. The Board of Directors will later issue a separate invitation to the Annual General Meeting.

A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the annual general meeting by virtue of the Limited Liability Companies Act addressed at the general meeting, if it is demanded in writing by submitting a request addressed to the Company’s Board of Directors by 8 March 2024.
